Passed away peacefully on Thursday 23rd July 2026 at the Royal Stoke Hospital aged 81 years.
Brother of Gladys, Tony and the late Malcolm, Brother in law of Ken, Lynn and Sue, Uncle to Christopher, Mark, Alicia, Sarah and Stephen, Great Uncle to Keiron, Hollie, Olli, Alex, Jack, Jenna, Emily, Connie, Elliott, Marcie and Elsie.
Funeral service and cremation to take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Friday 21st August 2026 at 10.40am. Family and friends are kindly invited to David's service.
Family flowers only please. Donations are preferred to the UHNM Charity for Ward 123 at the Royal Stoke Hospital.
